I selected the Secrets Sanctuary Cap Cana Hotel for many reasons:

1. It is located along the beach, 10 minutes away from the international airport.
2. It is one of the most luxurious 5-star hotels in the world.
3. However, the location allows to forbid neckties and business dress.
4. The unlimited food & beverage all inclusive is top class (this comes from a French gourmet specialist).
5. The resort contains only 176 suites so a club ambiance will be easier to obtain.
6. The prices we obtained are very competitive (50% of what you can obtain at the last minute on the official webpage).
   

However, attending a congress in the Dominican Republic is not without disadvantages:

1. No hotel offers to build a special hotel booking webpage dedicated to a congress (applying the negotiated prices)
2. Online credit card payment is not possible (due to security reasons)

This is why the IMOR organization committee proposes you the following:

1. Perform your congress registration. Fill in the form and pay directly by a securized online credit card payment. CONGRESS REGISTRATION
2. Select your suite category, fill in your personal data, arrival / departure date as well as your credit card details. HOTEL BOOKING These data will be collected by Anja, the IMOR secretary, and transferred to the Secrets Hotel Group Sales Manager. You will pay your hotel expenses onsite thus avoiding any risks or errors.

BE CAREFUL:

1. As the hotel is usually fully booked at this period, it has very strict cancellation policies. If you do not attend the meeting, your credit card will be charged applying these cancellation policies.
2. We did not pre book a strict number of suites. Your hotel booking will be effective only if your selected suite category is still available. Remember, the congressperiod is the hot season; don't wait to make your hotel booking.
